Spirals are one of my favorite motifs. Whenever I feel overwhelmed, I find myself doodling spirals over and over and over and over. I love how spirals also show up in plants, in water, in rocks, in trees, and in my finger prints.

I created these spiral dishes specifically as a space to hold my tiniest rocks. I found organizing and playing around with the rocks be a soothing activity. Simply running your finger over the spiral can also be calming.
