Join us for the first Gather Club workshop of the season!

Led by fiber artist, Ahnika Wood, this 3-hour workshop will invite you to create ornamental woven structures from natural materials both provided and gathered on site. By connecting with materials and woven construction methods, we will explore intention setting and how the ritualized action of craft can provide a portal into mediation and grounding.

Weaving fundamentals will be shared through demonstration and individual support. Creativity will be encouraged! Students are welcome to bring any personal fiber or linear elements that they would especially like to incorporate, particularly if they have sentimental or personal value, but it is not necessary. All materials will be provided!

Ticket price includes: materials to create a weaving, light snacks and herbal ice tea.

Location: private residence in NE Cully — address will be emailed to you a few days before the event.
